A powerful personalised software called Business Audit Tool (BAT), produces cost price calculations, estimate conversion rates, work provider and KPI analyses, recommendations and action plans for improvement, and benchmarking reports. - Process Auditing Tool - part of BAT which analyses the current status in the bodyshop - from the reception area to the preparation, panel and the paint and finish area. The criteria are based on the international screening criteria of the DuPont Refinish Five Star network of repairers.
