| 2009 is the year of milestones for the DuPont Refinish Five Star network. As well as celebrating its 20th anniversary in Europe this year, the network has now reached an impressive 1,000 European members. In the summer of 2009, it welcomed the 1,000th member, la Carrosserie de Romanet, a French bodyshop based in Limoges, which officially opened its doors in November 2009. |

The DuPont Refinish Go Pro virtual bodyshop, first launched in October 2008, has been updated. The virtual bodyshop is now a Five Star member and the brand new, comprehensive package of Five Star signage can be viewed on the tour. The site is specifically for bodyshops to find out how DuPont Refinish can help improve their productivity from the moment the damaged vehicle arrives with them to its delivery back to the customer.

Bodyshops are about more than just paint, so they need products and services to help them maximise their productivity. This is why DuPont Refinish introduces Go Pro, a virtual bodyshop designed specifically for bodyshops to find out how the aftermarket paint manufacturer can help from the moment the damaged vehicle arrives with them to its delivery back to the customer. Launched on 2 October 2008, this interactive initiative is aimed at bodyshop managers and refinishers as well as fleet, lease and insurance companies and vehicle owners. | Volvo Car Corporation (Volvo) has recently updated its diagnosis website to offer refinishers valuable information about Volvo-approved aftermarket products, from a variety of manufacturers, and best methods of paint repair on Volvo cars. This particular section of the VIDA website (Vehicle Information and Diagnostics for Aftersales) was launched at the beginning of September 2008, and is accessible, at different levels, to anyone within the industry. |
